As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

Effects of withdrawal

Upon withdrawal, you will receive a refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received your return. We will use the same payment method as you used for the original transaction.
