Bella Fedora is a Dutch lifestyle brand offering hats, accessories and unique gemstone home decor pieces. These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Bella Fedora website.
1. Prices
How are prices determined?
All prices listed on the website include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and payments are processed in Euros.
2. Ordering
How does ordering work?
The products you select will appear in your shopping cart. When proceeding to checkout, you will be asked to provide your personal details.
After entering your information, you can choose your preferred payment method. Bella Fedora accepts several secure payment methods including credit cards, PayPal and digital wallets.
By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and Conditions described on this page. Orders cannot be completed without accepting these terms.
Please make sure the address you provide is correct. If an incorrect address is entered, the package may not arrive at the intended destination. Bella Fedora cannot be held responsible for incorrect address details provided by the customer. Any additional costs that occur as a result are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Shipping
What are the shipping costs?
All packages within the Netherlands are shipped free of charge. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days.
This timeframe is due to the handcrafted finishing process of certain products, which means items cannot always be shipped immediately.
International shipping
Bella Fedora also offers shipping within Europe and worldwide.
Because shipping costs may vary depending on the destination, customers are requested to contact us before placing an international order so we can provide the correct shipping costs and delivery information.

4. Returns
What should I do if I want to return my item?
From the moment your order has been delivered, you have 10 days to return the item.
Within this period you may inspect the product. The product must not be worn or used.
After the 10 day period has passed, the purchase agreement becomes binding.

Return procedure
1. Within 10 days after receiving your order, send an email to bellafedorahats@gmail.com stating that the item does not meet your expectations or that there is a defect.
2. Return the item within the same 10 day period.
3. Place the item back in its original packaging and include the invoice you received via email.
Returned items must be unused, unworn and undamaged.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Please keep proof of shipment. If the return package is lost and no proof of shipment is available, the refund cannot be processed.
5. Exchanges
Can I exchange my item?
Before purchasing a hat, we recommend carefully measuring your head size. Instructions can be found on the Size Guide page.
If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item and place a new order for the correct size.
6. Warranty
Do I have warranty on my product?
All Bella Fedora products come with a 6 month warranty starting from the date the item is shipped.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by failing to follow the care instructions.
If a product or handcrafted hat band/coin becomes damaged within the first 6 months after purchase, you may contact us to arrange a repair.
Please contact us first via bellafedorahats@gmail.com so we can discuss the repair process together.
After the 6 month period, repair costs may apply. Any costs will be communicated in advance.
7. Product Care
How should I care for my Bella Fedora products?
To maintain the quality of your Bella Fedora products, please follow the recommended care instructions.
Specific care instructions may vary depending on the product type. More detailed instructions can always be found on the individual product pages. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
Hat care
• Avoid contact with water whenever possible
• Store the hat in a place where it is not exposed to direct sunlight for long periods
• The included hat cover helps protect the hat from sunlight
• Never spray perfume or hairspray on the hat as this may cause stains in the wool felt
• Avoid rubbing the hat with other fabrics as this may cause the wool to pill
• Do not wash or dry clean the hat as this may cause discoloration or stains
• If a stain occurs, gently dab the area with a slightly damp cloth
The jacquard hat bands are handmade and attached by hand. Please do not attempt to move or adjust the ribbon, as this may loosen the band. This also applies to the Classic Fedora hats.
The Bella Fedora coin and scarf hats are also handmade. These decorations cannot be removed from the hat.
Gemstone care
Gemstones can be gently cleaned by removing dust with a soft cloth. If necessary, the stone can be lightly cleaned with water.
Do not use soap or cleaning products as these may damage the natural stone or affect the metal stand.
8. Privacy
What happens to my personal information?
All personal data you provide will only be used for processing your order.
Your personal information will never be shared with third parties.
9. Complaints
What should I do if I have a complaint?
If you are not satisfied, we would like to hear from you so we can work together to find a solution.
