Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak periods.


Production Time & Custom Orders

Some Bella Fedora products are made to order or require additional hand-finishing.

This applies to:

  • Customised items (such as gemstone frames with a coloured frame)
  • Handmade products
  • All hats, as these may require additional handwork

For these items, an additional 1–4 business days of production time applies before the order is ready for shipment.

This production time is added on top of the standard processing and delivery times.

Please note that custom-made items require time to be carefully produced, finished, and prepared for shipping (for example: painting, drying, assembling, or hand-finishing).

If you have any questions about the production time of a specific product, feel free to contact us. We are happy to give you a more accurate indication based on your order.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s laws and regulations.

Bella Fedora has no control over these charges and cannot predict the exact amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order so you are aware of any additional costs.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the package may be returned to us. Any return costs charged by the courier will be deducted from your refund.


Returns & Shipping Costs

If you return part or all of your order and your order no longer meets the free shipping threshold, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.


Important Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.


Terms & Conditions

Delivery Issues
Any delivery disputes must be reported to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery. Bella Fedora cannot take responsibility for, or replace, missing packages that are not reported within this timeframe. This policy is in place for insurance purposes and cannot be waived.

Priority Shipping
If you select a priority shipping option, your order will be prioritised for dispatch and processing. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control.

Return to Sender
If your order is returned due to unpaid duties, an incorrect address, or failure to collect the parcel, we will issue a refund for the item(s), minus any costs charged by the courier. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Custom Products & Returns

Please note that customised products cannot be returned.

This applies to items that are made or altered specifically to your request, such as gemstone frames with a custom-selected frame colour.

Because these items are personalised and created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund.

If you are unsure about your selection or would like advice before placing a custom order, we recommend contacting us. We are happy to help you make the right choice.


Heavy & Fragile Items

Some Bella Fedora products, such as agate geodes on stands, are heavier and more delicate than standard items.

These products may weigh up to 4 kg and require extra care in packaging and handling to ensure safe delivery.

In some cases, this may result in slightly longer processing or delivery times.

We always take extra care to ensure these items arrive safely and in perfect condition.
