Returns

We want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days after delivery
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging


Custom Products

Please note that customised items cannot be returned.

This includes products that are made or altered specifically for you, such as gemstone frames with a custom-selected frame colour.


Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

These costs will be charged or deducted from your refund, depending on the return method.

If you return part of your order and your order no longer qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Requests reported after this timeframe may not be eligible for compensation, as this is required for insurance purposes.


Size & Product Selection

We strongly recommend checking the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order. This helps avoid unnecessary returns and ensures you choose the right fit or product.

Returns from outside the EU

For returns from countries outside the European Union (such as the United Kingdom), additional customs charges, import duties or handling fees may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If any customs or return fees are charged to Bella Fedora upon receiving the return, these costs will be deducted from the refund.
